Most mortgage stress comes from rework and last-minute surprises. We reduce that by requesting the right pieces early, reviewing them before submission, and packaging the file clearly so the lender is not driving the process.
I serve business owners and self-employed clients across BC and Alberta, including incorporated owners paid by dividends, salary, or a mix.
